The debate today was severely underwhelming. I might as well have watched one of their respective commercials. I would’ve learned just about the same amount of knowledge of their positions. Romney was annoying and bratty. Legislatively, all I learned was that he plans to repeal everything Obama has done, and replace it with something similar but with a still unspecified Romney surprise tacked on. He didn’t really say much else about his policies, just about how y’know Obama’s policy is - is bad, y’know. Like. Totally. Except for some parts. Obama just seemed tired and worn. I mean. That’s it really. I think we can all see where he plans to head, so he didn’t need to explain too much. I’m glad he mentioned to go to his website to see how he plans to cut $4 trillion, (though apparently $1 trillion of those cuts have already been established). But he should have clarified a lot of the points Romney made. Such as the $716 billion number being Medicare savings, and not cuts from recipients. Overall the debate was meh. They should let more than the two main parties take part. Jim Lehrer sucked. Big Bird lol. When I could see them start to repeat what they had literally just said, I updated my apps on my phone. Now I have my newly registered Starbucks Rewards card on my Passbook thing.
